Opportunity Description
Working in TTSH's Appointment and Contact Centre, you will be required to: Responsibilities Handle patient enquiries and appointment scheduling through multiple channels (phone, email, SMS) Coordinate medical appointments across various specialties and clinics Process referrals from primary care physicians and external specialists Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications Maintain accurate patient records in the hospital appointment system Document all patient interactions in the CRM system Provide clear guidance on appointment preparation and clinic locations Support patients with special requirements or urgent medical needs
