Reporting to the VP, Operations. The Director, Operations Engineering will be responsible for defining and executing the long‑term roadmap and strategic vision for Advanced Assembly, SMT manufacturing, and next‑generation technologies, ensuring scalable industrialization, successful new product introductions, and sustainable operational excellence.
