Support the spare performance improvement activities with multi-functional groups, including TD, MFG, GP and internal OCT teams to meet Global Operation’s Strategies Programs -Cost/Scale/Quality/Cycle Time (Speed) goal. Provide technical consulting and hands-on assistance to Fab area teams to create and/or identify the best solutions, solve existing solutions, and deploy new solutions. Promote worldwide sharing and transfer of area-specific domain knowledge.
