Job Summary
The Senior Epic Analyst – Dorothy serves as the primary resource for application design, configuration, and build within the assigned module area. This role is responsible for assessing current-state workflows, designing future-state solutions, and translating operational needs into proper system configuration through collaboration with department stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and validate Epic Dorothy application configuration in alignment with organizational workflows and build standards
• Partner with department representatives to analyze business and operational needs and implement approved system changes
• Develop and maintain documentation, build trackers, and change control records in accordance with established naming and numbering conventions
