Sr. Executive Network Planning

Job Purpose:

• Building, maintaining & optimizing MW transmission network. Frequency planning, capacity dimensioning as per RAN project requirements. Preparation of design documents, BoQ and secure budget allocation accordingly. Initiation of PR/PO and follow up with vendor for equipment delivery, installation and ensure capitalization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver Nominal MW Transmission network design for Rollout, swap and upgrade projects.
• MW frequency planning and capacity planning for the Access network (2G, 3G, 4G) ensuring no interference among the MW routes in accordance with the formulated.
• Interact with RAN Projects as well as BSS Civil Projects to give them Access Network related requirements in terms of network topologies (hub/chain/leaf), tower loading, TXN repeaters and costing that would need to be met or made available in accordance with the rollout priorities/timelines.
