We’re seeking an experienced Expansion Technical Program Manager to oversee Amazon Leo’s service rollout in North America. The Expansions Technical Program Manager will lead cross-functional and technical teams from building localized operations through requirements, regulatory, fulfillment, ground network, software implementation, testing, and deployment. Examples include launching e-commerce software, validating data localization and network architecture to meet lawful intercept requirements, driving solutions to meet spectrum/ISP compliance. This individual will be required to use quick judgement, have ability to influence without authority, and technical aptitude in regulatory requirements, AWS network architecture, systems design, and software development. This individual will be required to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical leadership, and bridge the end to end story of expanding into a given country.
