This role focuses on cost analysis, performance monitoring, and financial reporting, working closely with plant controllers and operations.
This position offers visibility to senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport financial controlling across plants.Analyze cost performance vs Budget/Forecast (labor, overhead, material).
Prepare variance analysis and month-end reporting.Standardize reports and support management presentations.Identify risks/opportunities and drive cost improvements.Support dashboards and automation (Excel / Power BI).
QualificationsDegree in Finance, Accounting, or related.Advanced English (mandatory).
