Salary; INR 39 - 54 Lacs PA / (nego)
S/he will be responsible to calibrate & implement most suitable and appropriate HR policies ( Best practices ) across all departments in an Organization
Will be responsible to drive Transformation, strategies, Policies, L&D in addition to Team building, Talent mapping, Talent retention, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, etc across all departments
Must be strong in Training, assessing, monitoring, assisting, and driving social & labour performance across all the departments
