Sr. Graphic Designer

Duties and responsibilities:
Creative Leadership
Lead and manage the Graphic Design team across ongoing projects and campaigns.
Conceptualize and execute creatives for marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.
Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
Understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
Mentor and guide team members while maintaining collaborative workflows.
Create design checklists, SOPs, workflows, and project roadmaps for the team.
Graphic Design & Branding
Design banners, social media creatives, website assets, marketing collaterals, presentations, catalogues, and print creatives.
Develop logos, color palettes, typography systems, and brand identity assets.
Edit and enhance images, website creatives, and digital content with strong aesthetic sensibility.
