Opportunity Description
As a **Senior Human Resources Generalist** here at Honeywell, you will develop, implement, and own HR and talent strategies that align with our corporate objectives. You will partner with and influence leaders to lead transformational initiatives in talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, and organization development/effectiveness.
You will report directly to our **HR Director** , for the North Central Region, and you’ll work out of our Lincolnshire, IL manufacturing location on a Hybrid work schedule, with additional opportunities to work out of the **Des Plaines, IL** and **Rosemont, IL** locations.
