On/Off-Boarding - Process new hire requests, image and deploy laptops to new hires and perform IT onboarding Helpdesk - Able to provide elevated technical support to other Help Desk Analysts and serve as an internal escalation point Hardware Support - Install, configure, repair and maintain computers, desktop operating systems, software, and peripherals Zoom & Collaboration Tools (Teams & Zoom) Smart Hands - Provide eyes/hands/feet support for remote Engineering teams REQUIREMENTS:
