- Monitor and supervise mechanical work activities.
- Propose and make improvements of upgrading work.
- Troubleshooting of plant equipment.
- Plan and proposal for plant equipment replacement work.
- Prepare work specifications and documentation for projects and upgrading work.
- Coordinate all project activities from design to production stage with contractors.
- Coordinate and supervise all related work with contractors.
- Coordinate Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) activities for preventive maintenance.
- Organise maintenance activities and maintenance equipment in good condition.
- Motivate and co-operate with team members.
- Documentation record for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Do risk assessment and safety awareness for team members.
