Sr. Maintenance Manager

Job Description
The ideal candidate for the Sr. Maintenance Manager will have experience managing aspects of various departments. The candidate needs a working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire systems and regulations/codes governing the use and occupancy of the building.
Responsibilities
* Supervisory responsibilities of at least one direct report
* Proven ability to motivate a technical workforce
* Problem solving abilities to identify the root cause of repeated issues and offer solutions to facilities-related issues
* Budget compliance
* Building codes and compliance
* Technical knowledge of fire, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systems (power transmission, Building Generators)
* Other general duties, as needed
* May supervise at least one direct report
* Effectively multi-tasks and manages multiple priorities...
