Opportunity Description
Responsible for coordinating on standalone and consolidated group financial statements (both Ind-AS and
IGAAP) for all companies within Pahwa Group.
Coordination with the statutory auditor for the field audit and subsequent finalization of financial statements.
Timely coordination with group accounting teams for compilation of accurate financial reporting - monthly MIS,
quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Responsible for coordinating on Internal Audits with the internal team and internal auditor Review of
Audit observations and implementation of recommendations for group companies.
Managing company secretarial function in coordination with a practicing company secretary,
including ROC-related matters, filing statutory documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory
requirements such as MSME, DPT, Banking, RBI, etc.
