**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As the Senior Manager, Health and Food Safety, you will lead critical programs and teams that protect our team members, guests, and brand by minimizing operational and food safety risks across the business. This role is responsible for overseeing the Restaurant Safety Support hotline team, ensuring timely, consistent, and compliant execution of all employee illness reporting and escalation protocols.
