Reporting to the Sr Director, Human Resources, this is a senior individual contributor role designed for an experienced HR professional who brings strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to influence at all levels. You will partner closely with leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support transformation initiatives.
