Sr. Manager, HRIS - $140K-$155K - DC

Our client, an impressive nonpartisan think tank based in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the strategic initiatives surrounding their HRIS (Workday)! Responsibilities: Serve as the leadership liaison across HR, IT, and Payroll teams. Develop a strategic governance structure to optimize Workday and continuously stay on top of improvements. Lead change management and prepare the organization for new implementation roll-outs with training and engagement initiatives. Use expertise with Workday to provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Reporting into the Director of Total Rewards, you will build out the new HRIS team Qualifications: 8+ years of experience is required. A bachelors degree in HR or a similar field is required; masters degree preferred. Workday HCM Certification preferred.
