• Development and maturation of import and export compliance policies and procedures in accordance with local and international legislation and policies.

• Identify the accurate filing of Customs documents in order to make sure they are in compliance with the existing tariff and non-tariff regulations applicable to duty deferral programs operations (IMMEX program).

• Settle level compliance of the temporary imports of machinery and equipment in regards to the legal entry, stay, location and use of such goods.
