Sr Manager/ Manager, Operations (Patient Service Centre)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Manager / Manager to join Operations (Patient Service Centre), supporting Patient Support Operations in an acute tertiary hospital.

In this role, you will work closely with the Assistant Director, Patient Service Centre, Operations, to support and oversee the strategy and operations for all assigned units within the Patient Service Centre (PSC) Department, including:

You will play an important role to lead and manage Senior Assistant Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Patient Service Centre, in Emergency Department Financial Counselling and In-flight Financial Counselling Teams in providing admission and financial counselling services to patients and/or next‑of‑kin to achieve service excellence and operational efficiency.
