Drives creation of quality, process improvement, and Lean initiatives by designing and implementing quality improvement programs; analyzing defects and root causes to implement corrective actions; leading efficiency-focused process improvements; monitoring key operational indicators to assess safety, quality, and process results; collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes affecting multiple departments; and standardizing best practices across shifts and departments to support continuous improvement and Fulfillment Center business objectives.
