Sr. Manager, Optimizations

**Role Summary**

The Sr. Manager, Optimizations plays a critical role in managing and optimizing Pfizer's HCP-focused web properties, primarily PfizerPro and other HCP digital assets, to deliver the best possible clinician experience. This role drives data-informed decisions and continuous performance improvement across the HCP surface, working in close partnership with HCP UX and Strategy, the Measurement and Web Analytics teams, and the Consumer Optimization Lead. It requires a strong background in website optimization, experimentation, and data analysis, paired with the strategic judgment to turn findings into roadmap-shaping recommendations.
