Key Responsibilities Membership Revenue Management
Own the membership revenue lifecycle, including invoicing, collections, renewals, and closure. Ensure timely collection of membership fees, subscription charges, and usage‑based revenues. Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up with members, and reduce overdue balances. Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition, reconciliation, and reporting. Prepare and track membership revenue forecasts, MIS dashboards, and variance analysis. Support pricing changes, membership fee revisions, and new membership types.
