Key Responsibilities:
- The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible to develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy - to attract top talents, reduce hiring time and enhace candidate experience.
- Will lead, mentor a team of recruiters to ensire they meet the recruitment goals and deliver high quality hires.
- Will be responsible to establish metrics and KPI's for effective recruitment - on time hire, cost per hire, quality hire and recruitment data analysis.
- Oversee all recruitment process- from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Utilize sourcing mix strategies to attract diverse candidate and create pipeline for current and furture hiring needs.
