We are seeking a hands‑on, competitive senior marketing manager to take charge of end‑to‑end marketing strategies and execution, dedicated to enhancing brand perception, recognition, and identity for both Shapermint and Truekind brands.

Responsibilities

• Source, hire, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team for brand marketing aligned with our core values and lead the squads you are involved as squad leader when working cross‑functionally.
• Constantly research, benchmark and gather key data of trends, competitors and our internal customers to guide you and the team into right decisions to increase our sales by tailoring the message to our target persona.
• Lead the end‑to‑end process of researching, strategising and developing the brand voice, and formulating a long‑term strategic plan in a clear way.
