Mission Critical & Data Center experience Overview
The MEP Manager oversees mechanical and electrical field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role leads MEP trade coordination, supports commissioning, and partners closely with project leadership to deliver high-quality commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities

+ Manage MEP field operations and subcontractor coordination

+ Lead 3D/BIM coordination and shutdown (MOP) planning

+ Support preconstruction, submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings

+ Assist with vendor startup, commissioning, and closeout documentation

+ Maintain quality control and support punch list completion

+ Collaborate with project teams, clients, and vendors
