s• Provide L3/L4 support for complex network and security incident
s• Perform advanced troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, wireless, and security issue
s• Lead major incident management (MIM) and ensure timely resolutio
n• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventive action
sDesign & Implementatio
n• Design and implement enterprise network architecture
s• Deploy and manage SD-WAN solutions (Fortinet / Meraki
)• Configure high availability (HA), redundancy, and failover mechanism
s• Support network transformation and modernization initiative
s Firewall & Security Managemen
t• Manage firewall rule lifecycle (creation, review, optimization
