**Role Overview**

This role is responsible for assisting in the **design and deployment of CTI platform services** and **AWS/Azure database services** that support business strategies in alignment with architectural governance, standards, and policies.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Supporting deployment of **complex technical solutions**
+ Continuously improving **reliability and efficiency of service implementation**
