Production Support Lead’s Core Responsibilities:
Oversee all activities in production services team and accountable for the system working of Control-MAssign batch jobs and scheduler to the L1 SMC team for monitoringProperly arrange staff duty roster, scheduler encompassing breaks, holiday, medical leaves, emergency leaves, etc to ensure sufficient support to perform day to day management of the batch job requestAssist and guide production services team in handling troubleshooting related to batch job scheduling, administration, job runs, change request, incidentEnsure production services support operates in an orderly manner.Guide and advise production services team on daily tasks and escalationsAssist or participate in any activities that been assigned by SMC Lead in related to production servicesTake responsibilities to perform Service Request/Change Requ...
