Sr Paralegal-Computer Assisted Real Time Translation (CART) Writer

Position is on-site at the customer location in Washington, DC.

CART Services Duties-40%

+ •Provide Computer Assisted Realtime Translation (CART) Services on-site and remote with the option to furnish a transcript of the appointment.
+ •Attend meetings to provide CART services to include with witnesses, defense counsel, and other DOJ components and agencies related to ongoing cases.
+ •Provide CART services during litigation, including at trial.

Sr Paralegal Duties-60%

+ Works under the direction of a Project Manager, Supervisory Paralegal, DOJ administrator or a Project Supervisor.
+ Supports a fast-moving litigation environment supporting multiple cases in discovery which includes handling of evidence and chain of custody requirements.
+ Supports pre-indictment activities including database searches, reporting status to case team.
+ Supports data management within Relativity workspaces (multiple cases).
