Sr Payroll Tax Analyst

Job Description
This person will own end-to-end U.S. and Canadian payroll tax compliance, managing filings, deposits, reconciliations, and tax notices in partnership with ADP and internal teams. They will support ongoing payroll processing while investigating and resolving complex tax and garnishment issues across multiple jurisdictions. A major focus will be optimizing processes through automation, AI tools, and system improvements within ADP and Oracle HCM, while also managing year-end reporting (W-2, T4/T4A) and partnering cross-functionally with HR, Legal, and Accounting.
