Sr. Plant Controller - Automotive Industry León

The Sr. Plant Controller will be responsible for leading the overall finance function for two manufacturing operations in Silao, Guanajuato.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead monthly closing, financial reporting, and forecasting activities.


• Oversee cost accounting, inventory control, and manufacturing finance analysis.


• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Payroll, and Import/Export finance activities.


• Ensure compliance with IFRS and corporate financial policies.


• Partner closely with Plant Management to support operational and strategic decision-making.
