Sr Postal and Distr Coordinator

The position is responsible for providing logistics and postal support necessary to OSV and its subsidiaries operations. The incumbent reports to the Postal and Distribution Manager and will assist as needed on various projects and duties.

Essential Job Functions:

+ USPS preparation, presentation, and shipment routing for OSV

+ Maintain USPS mailing reports and mailing supplies

+ Stay current with USPS regulation and compliance

+ OSV warehouse product receiving

+ LTL and parcel shipments – inbound and outbound

+ Backup for internal department responsibilities

+ Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement

+ Work with internal and external customers to ensure adherence to product in-home dates.

Requirements:

+ Experience:


+ Previous experience with logistics & postal is preferred.

+ Business knowledge & skills: excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
