We’re looking for a Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager to help lead that work as a true change agent across the company.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in complexity, can influence across organizations, and knows how to turn policy into practical, scalable execution. You will help drive Oracle’s approach to open source, AI enablement, third-party APIs, and inbound third-party contracts, partnering across engineering, product, legal, security, and business teams.
