About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Sr Principal, Partner Operational Planning & Execution to assist in architecting the future of our partner ecosystem. This isn't a maintenance role; you will be the primary point of execution to support the design, planning, direction, and improvement of all the activities involved with the successful realization of Workday’s ecosystem strategy through our partner programs and partner GTM structure. Your primary responsibilities will involve building our three-year roadmap and annual operating plan. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and tactical execution, ensuring our ecosystem isn't just a support function, but a key driver of Workday strategic growth initiatives.
