Drive automation and platform modernization for HR Investigations at Amazon—helping transform how workplace concerns are reported, triaged, investigated, and resolved for 1.8 million Amazonians. As a Senior Product Manager - Tech in our HR Experience Tech (HRXT) team, you’ll lead product delivery for AI-powered automation initiatives and the migration of Investigations case management from legacy Salesforce infrastructure to Amazon’s modern platform—positioning the Investigations technology stack for convergence with Service Central, our next-generation AI-first HR platform.
