TECHNICAL PROJECT SCOPING & COORDINATION
- Gathers client requirements for any development/technical projects.
- Documents the User Requirements (as User Stories) and defines the User Acceptance Criteria.
- Works with key stakeholders to prioritize tasks and tickets.
- Properly cascades the requirement, and any other changes thereafter, to the different internal teams for production.
- Spearheads project kickoff to ensure proper cascade and assignment of resources.
- Provide clear and regular updates on projects to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinates with the Scrum Master to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
