Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when required
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business, technical, operations, and security stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Translate business requirements into structured project plans, deliverables, and execution roadmaps
- Support business process discussions and mapping (As-Is / To-Be), ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices in HR and Finance domains
