Opportunity Description
About the Role
As a Sr. Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions. You will provide your implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements.
About You
Basic Qualifications:5+ years of IT implementation experience
5+ years of experience with Talent, Learning or Recruiting on Workday or other systems, including but not limited to PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards
2+ years of software consulting experience.
Additional Qualifications:
Workday Certification, or ability to certify in, at least one of the following: Recruiting, Learning, and Talent
Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released
