Sr Retirement Plan Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:

This position specializes in the compliance of ERISA qualified retirement plans. Primary responsibilities are to assist with plan compliance and quality control.

Location: The ideal candidate will be located in our Cordova, TN or Lexington, KY office and will work in a hybrid model, 3 days per week in office. (Remote candidates may also be considered) .

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform or quality review nondiscrimination testing and other compliance related tasks completed by plan compliance team members.
• Participate in staff development of plan compliance team by providing ERISA technical guidance and quality review feedback.
• Expert understanding of qualified plan retirement plan contributions (including New Comparability).
• Perform QDRO reviews for accuracy and completeness and determine the award to alternate payee.
