Become a Growth Architect
Develop customized growth strategies to increase sellers' GMV through data-driven product selection, traffic acquisition tactics (social media ads/SEO/KOL collaboration), and promotional campaign planning (seasonal sales/launch events).
Serve as Operational Partner
Guide sellers through platform onboarding: SKU optimization, listing creation, logistics setup. Provide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement plans.

Experience in B2B sales/e-commerce.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP) & basic data analysis capability.
