About the Role

We are searching for a highly motivated and technically strong CRM specialist to join our CRM MarTech team. This role is focused on the technical side of CRM execution - building, debugging, and improving how our CRM communications work behind the scenes. You will work on CRM setups across multiple markets, dealing with large scale and complexity.

You will act as a key bridge between CRM and our technical ecosystem, working extensively within Braze to implement advanced personalisation, integrate data sources, and ensure our setups are scalable and reliable. A key part of the role is also exploring new platform capabilities and identifying smarter, more automated ways of working.

This is not a pure campaign management role. It is designed for someone who enjoys working with logic, APIs, data flows, and maintaining scalable CRM systems, and wants to deepen their expertise in the CRM MarTech domain over time.<...
