Sr Specialist, Onboarding Programs

First impressions last. As Senior Specialist, Onboarding Programs, you'll help shape how new employees experience their very first days at Bass Pro Shops — making sure every new team member feels welcomed, prepared, and connected to our mission from day one. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building programs that make a real difference and is passionate about setting the standard for what great looks like.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Partner with leaders to define what an exceptional new employee experience looks like across all entry points — Base Camp, retail field, distribution and manufacturing — and ensure onboarding program(s) delivers on that vision consistently.
+ Work cross-functionally to develop and/or advise on enterprise onboarding resources — including journey maps, process documentation, manager toolkits, welcome communications, checklists, and orientation materials — keeping them current, clear, and eas...
