Sr. Staff Project Engineer (12 months fixed term)

**What You Will Do**

+ Lead engineering activities for complex product transfers, including equipment design, build, supplier technical alignment, commissioning, process development, and validation readiness.
+ Direct project execution using formal project management tools to deliver engineering milestones within defined scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
+ Serve as the primary technical interface and escalation point for suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical, regulatory, and scheduling issues.
+ Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, regulatory, and delivery risks; lead technical reviews and escalate data‑based decisions to senior leadership when required.
+ Coordinate cross‑functional execution with Research and Development, Manufacturing Operations, Production Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, Facilities, Finance, and Continuous Improvement.
