In this vital role, you will help ensure that food, supplies, and materials are received, stored, and distributed safely and efficiently, supporting exceptional patient care while maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Inventory & Storage Management
* Maintain organized storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers.
* Monitor storage conditions to ensure product quality and food safety.
* Rotate and label inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
* Ensure compliance with JCAHO, CDPH, and Title 22 requirements.
Receiving & Quality Control
* Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy, quality, and condition.
* Verify quantities and product specifications.
