Sr. Systems Administrator - Exchange

**Job Description**
Provide senior-level administration and technical ownership of Exchange Online and messaging services, ensuring reliable mail flow, strong security posture, and alignment with compliance requirements. This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining the messaging environment to securely support Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven communication capabilities.

Preferred location with hybrid work schedule: Kansas City, KS

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Administer and maintain Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and resource mailboxes
+ Design and manage mail flow architecture including connectors, routing, and hybrid configurations
+ Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for Office 365, including anti-phishing, anti-malware, and safe links/attachments policies
