Job Description:
Role Summary
Responsible for creating, maintaining, and governing high-quality technical documentation across the Software Engineering Centre of Excellence (CoE). Works closely with engineering squads, architects, product owners, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and consumable documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. Ensures documentation standards, consistency, and knowledge management practices are embedded across engineering delivery.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain technical documentation standards, templates, and governance across the Software Engineering CoE
Create and manage software engineering documentation including API documentation, system design documents, operational runbooks, user guides, onboarding guides, and release notes
