Prototyping

• Creating high‑fidelity interactive prototypes and scalable design libraries.

Design Strategy & User Journey

• Leading the design strategy and user journey mapping for complex policing services.

Quality Assurance

• Ensuring all interfaces follow the 360 Services framework.
• Conducting usability testing.
• Mentoring junior designers.
