Sr. UX Designer II

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer II (L) to support the design team for Coach, a core global platform where restaurant general managers keep track of critical tasks, deployment charts, action plans related to their restaurant, in coordination with brand partners.

This is a high-impact senior IC role responsible for shaping experience strategy and execution across a complex operational system that must scale across brands, markets, and regulatory contexts. You’ll work with autonomy, partner deeply with Product and Engineering, and drive clarity through ambiguity—while remaining hands-on in design delivery.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in systems-heavy, data-rich environments, can independently frame and solve complex problems, and influences outcomes across multiple teams—without needing portfolio-wide or executive-level ownership.
