Opportunity Description
Senior Client Consulting Manager
As a Senior Client Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering data-driven portfolio strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and incremental spend growth across credit and debit card portfolios. You will partner closely with clients as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise in cards portfolio optimization, customer lifecycle management (CLM), and end-to-end campaign management (including strategy, design, and targeting) to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine end-to-end strategies to improve KPIs: acquisition, activation, usage, spend per active, retention, cross-/up-sell, attrition reduction, credit losses, and ROI.
