Title Examiner – Texas Experience Required

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Title Examiner with 5+ years of title examination experience focusing on Residential Lot/Block properties. The ideal candidate will perform thorough title searches, review title documents, and prepare commitments. Texas experience is required, and multi‑state expertise is valued.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct a thorough search of public records and complete examination to assess the property’s status of title, while adhering to regulatory title standards and Underwriter’s policies and procedures.
• Review documents affecting title to property, such as mortgages, deeds, probate records, trust agreements, etc.
• Read and interpret real estate documents, legal proceedings, maps, and surveys.
• Assemble Title Commitments to be used to issue a Final Title Policy.
